⚡ What Happens Next?
Once we verify the issue, we’ll:
Ship the missing item immediately at no extra cost, or
Offer a replacement or refund if the item is out of stock.

3️⃣ Ship the Item Back
Use a tracked shipping service (strongly recommended)
Ensure the item is securely packaged
Clearly label the parcel as a returned item to avoid additional customs charges
Unless the item is faulty or incorrect, international return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

4️⃣ Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect the return, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or provider.

The item is unused and in original condition
All original packaging and tags are included
The request is made within 14 days of delivery

📦 How Exchanges Work
Submit a return request through the Returns section on our website.
Select Exchange and specify the item/size you’d like instead.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll ship out the replacement item.
If there’s a price difference:
You’ll pay the difference if the new item costs more.
